The First Baptism of 2008

We had a baptism this last Sunday morning which was also the baptism of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the church calendar. Watery judgments abound in the Scriptures with motifs like the Flood and the destruction of Pharaoh's army in the Red Sea.

But in Christ, the waters of judgment become the waters of life.

Chapel

As a service to our community, we have begun conducting the monthly chapel service for Trinity Classical Academy, our local Christian classical school. This morning was our first service and there were over 150 students, faculty and parents in attendance.
