Christmas Eve Service

Christ Church will hold a Christmas Eve service this Monday ay 7:00 p.m. The service will take place at our usual location at Valencia Valley Elementary School.

Christmas Caroling

Christ Church went out Christmas caroling on Sunday night. There were over 30 of us and we gave out gifts to our neighbors because God gave us the greatest of gifts, His Son. The reaction was exceptionally receptive and I think this is the first time ever that anyone has caroled through our church neighborhood which is over 20 years old.

Ladies Night

While the menfolk stayed at home taking care of the children, our monthy women's fellowship, Uncorked, took place at a performance of "A Christmas Story" at our local community theater. A great time was had by all.

Advent 2007

Today was the first Sunday of Advent and Christ Church celebrated it with joy.

Our liturgy was comported to the Advent season and the sermon was drawn from the Revised Common Lectionary.

Today was also the first day our choir sang. They sang an anthem during the offertory.

It was a blessed day of vigorous worship between the advents.
